Manage Portal Users
In the SD-WAN Portal, the Users section enables administrators to efficiently manage customer users. From the Users tab, you can:
- View a table of all customer users
- Add, edit, or delete users
- Search and filter users
- Reset user passwords
Access Portal Users
To view and manage customer users:
- Log in to the SD-WAN Portal.
- From the top navigation bar, select Access.
- Click Users to open the Portal Users Management Table.
You’ll see a table listing all customer users, including their Email, First Name, Last Name, and available Actions.

Pagination and Navigation
Use these tools to navigate and customize the table:
- Click the (View Columns) icon to enable or disable columns (Email, First Name, Last Name).
- Click the (Search) icon next to Email, First Name, or Last Name to filter and locate a specific user.
- Click the icons next to column headers to sort results in ascending or descending order.
- Use the Items per page selector (10, 20, 50) and the navigation arrows at the bottom of the table to control how many users are displayed and move between pages.
Configure User Actions
Under the Actions column, manage each user with these options:
Add a New User
To add a new customer user:

Click the (Add User) icon next to the View Columns icon.

A pop-up window will appear:

Enter the Email, First Name, and Last Name in the respective fields.
importantAll fields are required at this step.

Click one of the buttons to continue:
- SAVE to confirm.
- CANCEL to discard.
Edit User Details
To update a user’s information:

Click the (Edit User) icon.

Modify the First Name and Last Name fields in the pop-up window.
noteThe Email field is read-only and cannot be edited.

Click one of the buttons to continue:
- SAVE to confirm.
- CANCEL to discard.
Delete User
To permanently delete a user:

Click the (Delete User) icon.

A confirmation pop-up will appear:

Click one of the buttons to continue:
- CONFIRM to delete.
- CANCEL to discard.
This action is irreversible. Verify you have selected the correct user before proceeding.
Reset User Password
To reset a user’s password:

Click the (More Actions) icon.

Select Reset Password.

A confirmation pop-up will appear:

Click one of the buttons to continue:
- CONFIRM to reset.
- CANCEL to discard.
The Users section provides administrators with the tools to efficiently manage customer users, ensuring accurate and secure access control within the SD-WAN Portal.
